  My advise is choose another hotel. Your only paying for the name and getting nothing in return. The rooms are very small. The bathroom has no counter space and the bath tub is disgusting. The paint in the tub is all chipped. The tiles appear to have black mold. You have to pay for internet access. Movies cost $* to rent on the t.v and parking is $* a night. The only positive note I have about this hotel is the bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. I can personally say that I have stayed in better motels, then this hotel.

  We had two rooms in July, 2009 and everyone enjoyed their stay. The Gold Floor was well worth the money. The rooms were very clean. Check in was very efficient. The location was excellent as we walked to many interesting sites and shops. We will stay here again.

  This hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. all the staff provided great service. the concierge was 4 for 4 providing us with dining suggestions.

  Personnel friendly and responsive to requests. room was wonderfully quiet even though there were conventions being held there. location near stevens ave. and ease of driving made the visit outstanding.

  In the suite that we had on the gold floor the bed was not very stable. Overall, it was a beautiful facility and had the typical Fairmont Elegance. The service level at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise was a notch or two higher, but even at that the service in Calgary was very good.
