Spent 2 nights here on 5th floor. Took 15 min for hot water to arrive. Room on side of industrial area was noisy at night. Monty's restaurant had terrific brunch on Sunday. We got at 15% discount of food there. Shuttle bus took us to airport, greatly appreciated and picked us up at airport when we turned in our rental car. For a hotel it was a good experience. Our room smelled like the pool. pillows had cigarette smell and we were in non smoking room!!

where do i start? what to like: the staff was helpful and nice, the free airport shuttle was great, and monty's crab shack was the best restaurant in an area that had nothing. what not to like: the walls are paper thin, so you can here and smell everything. people smoking on non smoking floors, and not just cigarettes, with the odor coming thru the room. Babies crying all hours of the night and day keep you up. small rooms. old facilities. free wireless that rarely works when you need it. small bathroom room that requires you to sit sideways b/c the door opens in.

Driving up facility it looked scary and run down -(almost told the driver to keep going when I pulled up). Once inside I felt better, it was clean and staff was very warm. Room was a typical hotel room (liked having coffee and refrig) and bed was very comfy. Restaurant/bar appearance was okay. Liked having several options for casual dining w/i walking distance. Wireless did not always work and overhead other guests w/same complaint. Overall, the outside appearance was a big turn off but thankfully that was the worst to get past.
